USER agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any crimes or misconduct (including but not limited to privacy violations, data theft, or security breaches to gain access to protected data) committed by the USER.
LIABILITY

TERMINATION
